How do you use Excel to extract data from the BLS and the other websites

I build this indicator myself on tradingview but I’m sure there’s ways you could get an API to help you pull it int excel

Looks like EXCEL. I use power query on excel but not too efficient. Looking for better alternatives

Yeah it’s got the table style of excel but it’s actually on my tradingview as an indicator. You could do it pretty easily by manually filling out data
